TEHRAN – Iran’s 19th seminar on monetary and foreign exchange policies kicked off here on Monday.

The confab was held with the theme of monetary polices in dealing with financial crises; opportunities and challenges.
Finance and Economic Affairs Minister Shamseddin Hosseini, Central Bank President Mahmoud Bahmani, as well as managers of state-run and private banks, and a number of capital market experts have attended the event, IRNA reported.
In the seminar participants will exchange views on the country’s monetary policies, financial crises, banking regulations, and other related issues
